I’m a professional hula hooper turned personal trainer. I have a Foundation Degree in circus, awarded by The University of Kent, which includes hula hoops, acrobatics, strength and conditioning as well as the performance and dance sides of circus.
Being a qualified LV3 personal trainer I combine the creative elements of hula hooping with strength training from the gym for a safe and fun way to get fit.

I have 11 years experience in the performance industry and 4 years teaching experience. I have used hula hoops as my way to express myself, grow in confidence, and get fit.
I love introducing both adults and children to a new fun way to move and
breaking down different tricks in a way that as your skills develop, will improve coordination, proprioception and confidence.
